Three Beachgoers Killed in Horrifying Mine Explosion

A tragic incident unfolded on a popular beach when three beachgoers lost their lives after sea mines washed ashore and exploded while they were swimming. The victims, two men and a woman, were in areas that had been warned to be unsafe due to the risk of unexploded ordnance.

The mines, originally deployed in the region to protect naval routes, were dislodged by tides and currents, ending up in public swimming areas. Despite repeated warnings, some people continued to enter the dangerous waters, leading to this devastating accident.

Authorities have launched an investigation and bomb disposal teams are combing the shoreline for additional mines to prevent further casualties. This tragedy highlights the ongoing dangers posed by leftover military explosives and serves as a stark reminder of the risks civilians face in conflict-affected areas.
