😳 When Moving In Turns Into Moving Out — Instantly

So there I am—arms full of groceries, wine bottle barely hanging on, excited to celebrate this new chapter with my girlfriend. But the celebration never happens.

As I step inside, I immediately freeze.

Every. Single. One. Of her ex-boyfriends’ photos—framed, printed, even one canvas-sized—are already hanging on MY apartment walls.

And I don’t mean in a drawer or an album. I mean full-blown gallery-style display. Smiling selfies, beach trips, prom pictures… even one where she’s kissing a guy on the cheek!

I ask her, calmly but stunned, what all this is.

She says, ā€œThey’re part of my past and I like remembering the memories.ā€

So I told her, ā€œThat’s beautiful. You can remember them back at your old place,ā€ and asked her to move out immediately.

🚩Red Flag or Reasonable?

Sure, everyone has a past. But turning your shared living space into a shrine for exes? That’s a hard no.

Would you have done the same?
