Creamy Baked Pork Chops with Potatoes – The Recipe Everyone Asks For!

Ingredients:

  • 6–8 pork chops
  • 6 medium potatoes (sliced into ½-inch rounds)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, shredded cheese, parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish and layer the sliced potatoes evenly on the bottom.
  3. Season potatoes with salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic powder.
  4. Place pork chops on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. In a bowl, mix the soup and milk until smooth, then pour evenly over the chops and potatoes.
  6. Top with sliced onions and a drizzle of olive oil or butter.
  7. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  8. Remove foil, optionally sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
