  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth.
  3. Add chicken and half the cheese; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently fold them into the mixture.
  5. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
